Wholesale Customer
There are two types of Wholesale accounts. First is Wholesale Customer. This is our most popular account type. This membership entitles you to 25% off everything you buy for a year, but does not involve creating a business. You are a customer, but also get access to Wellness Blends training and support, so you can really make the most of your oils and your membership. You also get the opportunity to participate in the Loyalty Rewards Program (LRP), which allows you to earn free products.
Wholesale Customers make up the majority of doTERRA accounts. doTERRA boasts the highest customer retention rate in the entire direct sales industry – 68% of doTERRA’s customers stick around and order again because they love the product, the company and their Wellness Advocate. The rest of the direct sales industry hovers between 10 and 15% retention.
